In dieser Rolle sind Sie für den erfolgreichen Vertrieb der ClimatePartner Software „Solutions“ für vor allem mittelständische Kunden aus der Druckereibranche verantwortlich. Sie tragen mit Ihren innovativen und kreativen Vertriebsprozessen zur Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrads von ClimatePartner bei, helfen bei der Stärkung der Marke und sorgen dafür, dass die Software beim Kunden eingesetzt und genutzt wird. Durch stetige Weiterentwicklung und  Verbesserung des Vertriebsformats bis hin zur Perfektion definieren Sie die Grundlagen für zukünftige Kollegen und Branchen, um ClimatePartner weiter international zu etablieren und auf dem Weg zum Marktführer zu unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erfolgreicher Vertrieb der ClimatePartner Software
• Gewinnung von Neukunden für die Software „Solutions“ von ClimatePartner aus der Druckereibranche
• Steigerung der Umsätze in der jeweiligen Branche über Software-Lizenzgebühren
• Befähigung und Motivation der Neukunden, die Software einzusetzen und klimaneutrale Produkte / Dienstleistungen anzubieten
• Entwicklung von Best Practice Vertriebsansätzen für die Branche
• Dokumentation der Vertriebsaktivitäten in der Datenbank

Ihr Profil

• Gutes Abitur (Hochschulabschluss wünschenswert)
• Mind. 2 Jahre fundierte, belegte Vertriebserfahrung (Neukundengewinnung, Kaltakquise, Umsatzwachstum etc.)
• Fähigkeit, werthaltige und dauerhafte Abschlüsse zu erzielen
• Kreativität bei Vertriebsansätzen
• Sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
• Dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit
• Selbstmotivation und Ausdauer
• Interesse am Thema Klimaschutz
• Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift und der MS-Office Tools
• Kontakte zu Unternehmen der Druckereibranche wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse einer Vertriebssoftware und ein vorhandenes Kundennetzwerk sind ein Plus

• Processing of predominantly collection e-mails for our client c-date
• Running statistics on the success of internal collections
• Supporting customers on the phone
• Supportive customer service tasks (ad hoc)

Your profile

• Experience in a customer service department is a plus
• Advanced communication skills

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Develop large scale and high performance Web applications with Java, Groovy and MongoDB
• Implement web interface for users
• Software testing and quality assurance (e.g. Unit and integration testing)
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability and automation of  already existing and newly built product

Your profile

• University studies in IT
• Basic Java skills
• Experience in J2EE, MySQL, Grails and MongoDB is a plus

In this role you will become the part of a small, quick moving team and get  experience in all areas of Quality Assurance

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Design test cases, perform manual functional/compatibility/regression testing, develop automated tests
• Responsible for developing an automation framework
• Create and maintain automation testing scripts while using cutting edge technologies, such as Selenium RC/IDE
• Interact with various stakeholders, product management, development and operations
• Serve as a strong contributing technical member of the agile team

Your profile

• Higher education in relevant field
• 3+ years of software testing and QA experience preferably in online environment
• Knowledge of testing techniques and problem reporting and documentation
• Knowledge of Core Java, HTML, CSS, Dom, Selenium is a must
• Knowledge of Xpath, Shell Script, Grid, reporting frameworks is highly preferable
• Experience with Linux and Windows platforms
• Operational experience in at least bug tracking system
• Very good English ( it is our working language)
