In this role you will be the technical middleman between IT and Product Management to facilitate between business and IT. You will successfully increase the technical knowledge of the IT team in terms of software architecture. Furthermore you will enable the be2 tech teams to make the right technical decision for future growth and change.

Ihr Profil

• Diplom-Informatiker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Linux/Unix Administration
• Umfassende Kenntnisse in Linux/Unix sowie ein starker Sinn für Debugging von Netzwerken, Anwendungs- und Systemfragen
• Gute Programmierkenntnisse in Shell-Scripting sowie Kenntnisse in mindestens einer anderen Linux/Unix Scriptsprache (Perl, Python, Ruby)
• Sorgfältigkeit, Detailorientiertheit und sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit
• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse (= Unternehmenssprache)
• Debian Linux ist ein Plus

Your will be the first point of contact for our IT team in dealing with issues and problems. You will be tasked with providing basic support, assigning issues to an appropriate owner and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Your aim will be to improve and maintain the customer experience. You will also be called upon to assist with day to day administrative tasks in support of the IT team.
