From application to employment contract
Every position advertised at www.insparx.com/jobs/vacancies is current and the description includes all the essential information about the role. We prefer to receive applications by e-mail.
Your application should include:
- A cover letter that reflects your interest in the desired position and indicates your preferred date of entry, your salary expectations and where you heard about the position
- A clearly structured CV in tabular format that gives us an overview of your previous schooling and working experience (if any) and emphasizes any special qualifications
- Copies of your school reports and, where applicable, of your apprenticeship and employment certificates
- Further references or certificates, e.g. from internships, foreign language courses, training, etc.
- A brief overview of your marks, if you have not yet completed your studies

Your application will be carefully considered by both Human Resources and the department concerned. We’ll compare your profile carefully against the requirements of the job you want. Usually we will come back to you within two weeks either with information about the next steps regarding an interview or to inform you that we will not be taking your application any further on this occasion.
Should we decide on another candidate, please do not consider this decision as a negative reflection on your qualifications. It is no judgment of your skills or experience, but merely based on the fact that other candidates are better suited for the position.
