The telephone interview

Your application convinced us. Our invitation to a telephone interview is the next step. The telephone interview usually takes 20 to 30 minutes and allows us to gain a first impression of you, your experience and your motivation. This is also your opportunity to have any initial questions answered.

 

The interview

Your written application and telephone interview impressed us. The next step is the face-to-face interview, giving us the opportunity to get to know you in person.

Please be aware that interviews can last up to three hours. As well as the HR team, you may meet your immediate supervisor and other managers. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the decision makers at insparx and ensures that your questions can be properly answered.
