Hans-Joachim Jost
After starting his professional career in a multinational environment at Kodak, Hans-Joachim Jost (39) moved into IT consulting. He then finished post-graduate MBA studies in Paris, consulted for Cisco Systems, and co-founded EasyDataMining. In 2006, Hans-Joachim joined the management team of be2 as Director of Business Intelligence. Early in 2010 he took on the challenge of setting up insparx.
Bjorn Sjut
Bjorn Sjut (29) brings a wealth of experience and passion for online business to his role as Head of Online Marketing at insparx. Before joining insparx in 2009, he has worked at Gruner+Jahr, and Internet agency Kono, as well as working several years as an industry journalist.
HR
Andrea De Giuli
Before becoming an HR specialist, Andrea De Giuli (34) studied Intercultural Communication, Italian and French. Prior to joining insparx/be2 in 2008, she worked for the Institut Francais Francfort, the Goethe Institute Rome and a consulting company in Munich. Fluent in English, French, Italian and German, and a natural ‘people person’, Andrea is ideally placed to service insparx’s international team.
Kathleen Matthes
Before coming to insparx, Kathleen Matthes (27) studied to be a teacher and worked as director of a Berlitz language school in Kiel. With us since September 2008, initially as Office Manager, Kathleen was appointed Junior Human Resource Manager in November 2010.
Martina Schäfer
Martina Schäfer (28) studied Economics, specialising in Psychology and HR. Before coming to insparx/be2 in 2008, she worked in the automobile industry for Porsche, BMW and Mahle. (Currently on maternity leave)

Wolf Erlewein
Having first studied Engineering, Wolf Erlewein (35) went on to work for amongst others O2 Germany and Sixt Leasing (Head of Controlling). He brought 3 years of online and 9 years of Business Intelligence experience into insparx/be2 when he joined us in 2009.
Customer Relationship Management
Heike Rotermann
Since studying Economics, Heike Rotermann (30) has consistently pursued an ‘online career’, held positions in several Internet companies and worked in the e-commerce team at CeWe Color AG where she discovered her passion for CRM. She joined insparx/be2 in 2009.
Dörte Rogowski
After studying International Business in Dresden, Dorte Rogowski (29) pursued a career in CRM gaining experience in online marketing with T-Mobile and Vodafone, before joining insparx/be2 in 2008.

Jochen Gary
Jochen Gary (31) has studied Business Information Systems and Business Administration, lived in the UK and Beijing and worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (senior consultant). He came to insparx/be2 in 2009 where his passion for SEO drives ever increasing levels of activity for be2 and our other partners.

Anja Brack
Crucial to keeping the insparx machine running smoothly, Anja Brack (25) studied business administration and worked as a management assistant at MCS-Thuringen before coming to insparx in 2010.
